We are excited to introduce the Family Liaison Program as part of our continued efforts to improve the quality of support we provide to you and your families!
Who we are:
- We are individuals who have gone through a caregiving experience ourselves, and we know that there can be barriers in any support journey
- We are here to break down obstacles by providing your Care Circle with support, resources, and essential connections
- We are compassionate listeners that will be here for you every step of the way and will meet you where you are
What we do:
- Support you by suggesting trusted products, services, and resources that have helped other families facing similar hardship to your own
- Connect you with others who understand what you are going through
- Make your voice heard and bring your suggestions into the platform
We want to understand how we can support our community better through this exciting new program.
